I'm Katharina
I’ve spent most of my career building teams and organisations in fast-moving environments. And in executive roles, accountable for performance and results. I know what that pressure feels like.
I’ve worked in organisations scaling ~20x, and in environments shaped by high standards and clear operating models. And I’ve seen how quickly focus, ownership and performance can get lost along the way.
What drives me is building organisations that perform at a high level without losing clarity or humanity - and being direct about what matters.
I am certified as a coach by the European Coaching Association.
